Dear Client尊敬的客户:

Welcome to the online complaint/appeal page of TÜV Austria (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as TASH in English). If you want to file a complaint/appeal regarding TASH's certification, inspection, or testing work, please pay attention to the following points.

欢迎您进入奥煌检测技术服务(上海)有限公司(英文简称TASH)网上在线申诉/投诉界面。如您对TASH的认证、检验、检测工作提出申诉/投诉,请注意以下事项:

一、Complaint Handling Requirements申诉投诉受理要求

1、This process is for organizations and other relevant parties that are applying for TASH certification, inspection, testing, have obtained TASH certification, inspection, or testing results, and for appeals/complaints to TASH. 本程序适用于正在向TASH申请认证、检验、检测、已获得TASH认证、检验、检测结果的组织及其他相关方对TASH的申诉/投诉。

2、Please make sure to fill out the "Suggestions, Complaints, and Appeals Form" carefully when submitting an appeal or complaint, and the information must be accurate, otherwise you will be responsible for any consequences. 请您在提出申诉/投诉时认真填写《建议、投诉和申诉表》,填写内容必须与事实一致,否则因此造成的后果自行承担。

3、TASH complaint/appeal staff will seriously investigate the situation you reported according to the work procedures, and we hope you can cooperate and understand. TASH申诉/投诉工作人员会按照工作程序对您所反映的情况进行认真调查,希望您给予积极配合和理解。

4、The person involved should meet the following conditions when raising appeal/complaint to TASH 当事人向TASH提出申诉/投诉应当符合下列条件:

1)There’s a clear party being appeal/complained about; 有明确的被申诉/投诉方;

2)Specific appeal/complaint requests, facts, and reasons; 有具体的申诉/投诉请求、事实和理由;

3)The person raising the appeal/complaint has valid contact information. 申诉/投诉提出人有有效的联系方式。

5、The following are not covered by TASH complaints/appeals 以下不在TASH申诉/投诉受理范围:

1) Appeals/complaints that have already been accepted or handled by the court, arbitration body, or other administrative authorities; 法院、仲裁机构或者其他行政机关已经受理或者处理的申诉/投诉;

2) Appeals/complaints that are beyond TASH's business scope and not within TASH's work range; 超出TASH业务范围、不属于TASH工作范畴的申诉/投诉;

3) The appeal/complaint has been accepted by the court as evidence in the lawsuit; 申诉/投诉事项已被法院作为诉讼证据予以采信的;

4) TASH has closed the appeal/complaint application, and the applicant has submitted the appeal/complaint again without any new circumstances or reasons; TASH已就申诉/投诉申请作出处理,申请人在没有新情况、新理由的前提下再次提出的申诉/投诉;

5) Appeals/complaints that don't comply with national laws and regulations; 不符合国家法律、法规的申诉/投诉;

6) Complaints/appeals where the related party cannot prove that their rights have been violated; 当事人无法证实自己权益受到侵害的申诉/投诉;

7) Complaints/appeals with incomplete evidence provided to TASH, making investigation impossible; 向TASH提供的证据不全、无法开展调查的申诉/投诉。

6、TASH will make a decision on handling a complaint within 60 days from the date it is accepted; for complex cases, the processing period can be extended with approval from the relevant TASH manager. If testing or appraisal is needed during the process, the time spent on that won’t be counted in the handling period. TASH将在受理申诉/投诉之日起60日内,作出处理决定;对情况复杂的事件,经TASH相关负责人批准可适当延长办理期限。如在处理过程中需要进行检测、鉴定的,检测、鉴定时间将不计入处理时间内。

7、After the appeal/complaint is closed, if the party has valid contact information, TASH appeal/complaint staff will inform them of the final investigation results. 申诉/投诉办结后,当事人有有效联系方式的,TASH申诉/投诉工作人员会将最终调查处理结果告知当事人。

8、This regulation is interpreted by TASH. 本规定由TASH负责解释。
