职位描述

1. Achieve team's set sales and revenue target.

实现社会责任审核部门设定的销售和收入目标。

2. Maintain existing customers and increase the number of new customers with good relationship and follow-up.

维护现有客户并通过良好的关系和后续行动增加新客户数量。

3. Manage the SA department daily operation activities in compliance with established policies and procedures.

4. Assist in manpower planning, training, and developments of subordinates.

5. Perform other job-related assignments as required.

要求：

Bachelor degree or above.
本科或本科以上学历。

6+ years’ work experience in Social Accountability audit, e.g. SA8000, SMETA/SEDEX, BSCI.
6年（含）以上企业社会责任审核经验，例如SA8000、SMETA/SEDEX、BSCI。

4+ years’ work experience in TIC industry as Technical/Sales management.
4年（含）以上检测认证行业的技术/销售管理工作经验。

Having qualification for SA8000 audit, and CCAA registered auditor.
具备SA8000审核员资质、CCAA注册审核员资质，及其它相关资质。

Proven experience in customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in industrial services.
在企业社会责任审核领域有着丰富的客户关系管理经验和新客户获取经验。

Good English skill, both in written and spoken.
良好的英语听说读写能力。

Be good at self-learning, positive working attitude.
良好的自学能力，积极的工作态度

Good communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神。
